ABOUT CAPSICUM BEEF RECIPE No.1: A FOOD-MEDICINE THAT HELPS THE BODY RESPOND VIA BIOCHEMISTRY, TO CAUSE A HEALING OR CURE:
AGAIN: People, do NOT talk about these problems to children and those under 21 years old, they are not to have all those adult reponsibilities piled high on their shoulders, they are children and youths, they are NOT adults. And, again we say: after all, if you keep telling them the details of the next holocaust expected: what can they do about that? They would cry, they would be emotionally depressed, they could not cope because they cannot do much to prevent such things.
Question: Is this recipe a prevention for radiation sickness?
Answer: To a point: although, if a person is too close to the epicentre of critical mass, then this won't be of much use at all. It cannot prevent burns, and so forth. However, those from around 6,000 miles away, will find this like a miracle.
Question: Is this a prevention about cancers?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Is this a cure for both radiation sickness and cancers?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Is this recipe only to be eaten IF there's no other options aside from this meat-eating?
Answer: Yes. Give this to the animals that can cope with meat-eating, then it's the best we can do for them.
Question: Should the mushrooms be there at all, in that recipe, in these days when the atmosphere is so contaminated?
Answer: No; if there's contamination of the split atom (atomic and nuclear wars, meltdowns etc.), see the CAPSICUM BEEF RECIPE No.2:

Answer: This would be Capsicum Beef Recipe No.2, with a new table of doses, or rates to administer, or GIVE: cures the same things, though. This on the red-coloured of ink section toward the end of this document. This will work on all the above and below diseases.
ABOUT POLIO, and OTHER MALFORMING DISEASES:
Question: Will this recipe, either No.1 or No.2, help those with polio?
Answer: Yes, this will assist those with Polio, yet, is not a complete cure.
Question: Other diseases that malform, will this recipe help?
Answer: This is not a complete cure, yet it will help in some way.
Question: Is it true the above about polio, etc., this cure will stop the disease in it's tracks?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Will it prevent people from getting polio and other diseases like it, malforming? The ones that malform?
Answer: Yes.
Question: When radioactive fallout is in the air, if a child is malformed, or even not malformed, about the mothers of these days: the quality of the breast-milk will be quite appalling, what to do? Will these and such recipes to cure radiation sickness, also the cure breast milk, at the same time? [This is because radioactivity seems to, in some way, “home-in” on calcium: the bones, the milk, the teeth and the eyes are the first affected, later, all parts of the body. In fact, the first effect of the split atom entering a person's body is on the immune system, then that starts to be very unhealthy, and then all the other diseases can “reach in” and cause such cancers, leukaemia, lymphatic cancers, etc. plus other diseases, and it's easy to get infections that way; so we again recommend Immunoforte.]
Answer: Other technology will help, so please, do not quit on life. Most 'Western' nations will in fact recover, yet, it could take 3 years before the technology is used for long enough to make that difference. And that the Governments have realised too late about the fallout in the oil. Soon, the fallout will be removed by new technology, all around New Zealand and Australia, that will also decontaminate anything within range of those machines, if the machines are used right. They will also re-balance the atom around the cowsheds, and so, later on, the milk from the cowsheds will be fine, along with all foods, plants, birds, animals and people healed. Unfortunately, these times are very uncertain . The same new technology will be used around the world, except in 2 or slightly more nations who have thrown out the ideas since it “came from the west”, and in doing so, they have allowed so much suffering for their own people. WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT: The rule is: don't abort the baby, no matter what. If the baby is too severely malformed and intellectually retarded, it will probably be miscarried, or even stillborn, or a cot-death. The Holy Bible does state: “Do not kill”. So, don't. If a woman's baby is already diagnosed dead in the womb, and the woman is given a dilation and curette for that reason only, that is NOT abortion, and should never be classified as such: if the foetus is dead already, and the woman does not get a prompt operation, the woman would die slowly of gangrene. For any woman in this situation, we do ask her to eat much in the way of Pineapple and/or pineapple juice, even in a Fruit Salad. Any woman, especially if they fear or worry about breast cancer, do search, in New Zealand supermarkets, or health shops, for a herbal mix tea, called “be gorgeous tea”, by Healtheries, packaged in a bright pink packet, and drink that, anyone can drink that if they have the resources to do so, and it's packed full of “ladies medicines”, and remember Lemon is a good natural antibiotic and that helps prevent infections. ABOUT THE RECIPES AND REMEDIES HERE ABOUT RADIATION SICKNESS, CANCER PATIENTS INCLUDED WHO ARE HAVING RADIOTHERAPY, and OUR CURES FOR CANCERS: These will also improve the quality of any milk: whether human, or animal. If a woman is worried about her milk being contaminated, most of the recipes about curings for cancers will heal and heal, although, it will take longer to heal with the same recipes IF there is radioactivity in the air. Better to quit sex for at least 3 years, to avoid the little foetus being born with birth defects, severe ones. Why this should be so, I don't know, but it IS the cure. So, we say, for the little children's sake, give them this anyway, as a preventative, and after a few days, they might be smiling again. We still recommend that at school, ALL children and teens be given a free glass of milk, and that large second-hand refrigerators be bought and installed at the schools, for that reason. Add in plenty of youghurts for treats for the well-behaved, and some meusli bars, GARLIC NOODLES for any child that says they didn't have any breakfast before school, or for those who were sent to school with no lunch and no lunch money. Garlic is a wonderful natural antibiotic, and if 2-3 cloves are eaten per day, they make the person's legs feel so much stronger, even the next day. The “garlic smell” is just never as “bad” as the advertising says, the advertising was there ONLY to sell something. This idea is economical, yet, it has another effect: others will, if they see it's noodles, will not wish to be in poverty: however, if the “reward” is fish and chips and treats, etc., they might view things differently. Other things of course. WE realise financial times are very hard compared to what they used to be, yet, there is NO need to ruin the children's chances of a life of usefulness and joyfulness, just because the nation is poor. More people starting up businesses, is one of the ways of economic ruin of any nation, yet, be very cautious about banks and loans. Perhaps telephone the local politicians office, or e-mail him or her, about new HONEST Governmental ideas on financing people into businessses. More taxes are generated by that. A good Government will also buy land, much land, and have it planted with all sorts of TREES, for a much greater financial return, much later, this has foresight, this is not original as an idea, yet, for the future generations, this will work and work. This is NOT communism, its' wisdom. Do NOT follow Chinese OR Russian political ideas, their ways have led to repression and poverty, more than they say. Some businesses owned by a Government is wise, as long as not ALL businesses are owned by them, and it's usually quite healthy to have a certain amount of competition between businesses, to keep the prices reasonable, with NO monopolies, even within just one nation. Only moral businesses, please, only honest and helpful ways to earn a living, please. These things to be understood within reason.
GUIDANCE ON THOUGHTS AND THOUGHT-POWER, PRAYER POWER TOO:
In the meantime, fill your life with Faith, Hope and Charity, and do behave as well as possible. For every increase of hatred, there needs to be an increase of PEACEFULNESS, usually, from other people. So, instead of hating, send Peace, even to the politicians. Later, if enough people have turned to Peacefulness, even just in their family orbit, the Peacefulness will overcome the warmongers, along with other certain measures coming up. If one person hates, and gets told to repent, they need to know that to make amends, and to later be forgiven, to give PEACEFULNESS, even from the mind. Respect, also, even Love. This may be said to be “too dilute”, yet, if enough people do this, the dilutions are later not there, at all. Prayer-power too, even better, since the God of our Understandings, the Higher Power, the Heavenly Father, is so much greater, HE can send more and WILL RESPOND. If a person is uncertain about who to send Peace to (e.g. thinking: Peace be with you, dad” and so forth), Pray and leave it to God, and sit awhile daily, quietly, no tv, stereo etc. noises, and Pray, and follow that up with quietly pondering: 'Peace, to those who need it the most', or 'Joyfulness, to those who need it the most' and so forth: this is positive thinking, and it DOES work.
Question: Baby formula in fact would have the same risk of fallout toxins, so please, am I right to assume that breast milk is a better option, regardless?
Answer: Yes.
MOST OF THESE REMEDIES ARE ALSO ABOUT: Babies in the womb: if the mother takes medicines, the goodnesses will in fact, once assimulated in the stomach and then into the bloodstream, and then to the baby in the womb, so that about our remedies, also, these can help the baby immensely. However, the opposite of this above is also true: if a mother takes toxins, then, that will also travel to the foetus: perhaps some natural defences though will mean a certain amount of toxins will not make a difference. Keep the immune system strong, please. If at all possible, choose a non-meat eating recipe, a different one than this; and especially for the baby's sake, raise them with no animal meats at all in their diet.
MORE ON ANTICONTAGIONS:
If a person wishes to take Immunoforte, a lovely tablet from Thompsons, there is little chance of catching the contagions such as polio,and many other infections. These are available in New Zealand at pharmacies and health shops. Keep to the recommended amounts, please. WE have here a recipe so that little babies can be given a mixture that will no doubt prevent any contagions. And, we advise people to eat either one apple per day, or one orange a day, if possible, that's anticontagions too. Some nurses say: “an apple a day keeps the doctors away”. Certainly, it's a very, very good start.
This recipe is better for dogs, cats and other animals, carnivores, that need such things, too. Offer them this on a clean plate or dish, do NOT force or use any way of physically forcing them to eat this. If they need this as a medicine AND their bodies will respond well, they will lap it up.
A FOOD-MEDICINE: For radiation sickness, cancers, arthritis (osteoarthritis), rheumatoid arthritis, benign tumours, helps any foetus grow and develop nicely if the mother takes this, cures and prevents seven other diseases. Ulcerative Colitis that can often lead to cancer.
CAPSICUM BEEF CURE FOR RADIATION SICKNESS: No.1:
RECIPE: Please use Organic ingredients, or non-g.e. NOT the genetically engineered types of foods, they are no good:
1 Green Capsicum (a type of very large pepper)
1 Mushroom (omit if there's radioactivity in the air). These mushrooms are the edible, white type with brown undersides.
1 Shake of Pepper
2-3 Pinches salt
One half a cup of mince beef
8 cup Water
1 big stalk Parsley
Wash well, scrub, peel the capsicum and mushrooms, chop the ingredients, place in a pot, bring to the boil, turn down to a low heat, and simmer for 12 minutes only. Strain.
SERVE UP AS IS: Correct if there's no radioactivity in the air:
Adult/teens: One half a cup, 2 times daily for 7 weeks.
Children: One half a cup, 2 times daily for 6 weeks.
Toddlers: One half a cup, 2 times daily for 5 weeks.
BABIES: Definitely NEVER give this to a baby, under the age of 9 months. There are other medicines for them, available here, free, no obligation. Perhaps a little postage money will help.
Of course, for all of our food-medicines, add other foods to the plate, if possible, such as baked potatoes, and some green leafy vegetables, and so forth. Nutritional meals are best.

Question: Is this also a cure for any sort of cancer?
Answer: 7 types of cancer, yes; skin cancer, breast cancer, prostrate cancer, not brain tumours of any sort, yes though, try this to help those suffering from leukaemia, tumours on other places; melanoma, kaposki's syndrome, and it does not cure aids, nor HIV+, itself.
Question: Does it cure aids-related cancers?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Is this also a cure for any sort of pain?
Answer: Yes. Eat well. We love you.
Question: Immunity of the above diseases? After how long?
Answer: Yes, immune from the above and below, after 10 weeks.
Question: Is this also a cure for any other disease?
Answer: Yes, it is a cure for ulcerative colitis.
FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: BOTH RECIPES:
Question: How long before the effect is first felt by the patient, from the START of the first course?
Answer: 8 days, yet do continue, for the whole of the administration times and rates.
Question: How long before the effect is first detected by a doctor or therapist, from the start of the first course?
Answer: 10 weeks.
Question: How long before the effect is felt fully by the patients, (cured), from the start of the first course?
Answer: 12 weeks.
Question: The tidal information about when it is best, but not a prerequisite instruction for the recipe to work, but best?
Answer: Low tide. Tide-tables and so forth are found in some supermarkets, shops, always at fishing shops. You may need to do some maths if you live inland, about when the tides would be low, as if you lived on the coast. Astronomers and Astrologers and ephemerides will help.
Question: When the moon is at the best phase to start manufacturing the medicines?
Answer: New moon. That is to say, the moon may look, the previous day, only a tiny amount of light.
Question: How many cases will actually be cured by this, given that some people will not benefit from it, due to their negativities and so forth causing spiritual debt?
Answer: 5 out of 6 will be cured. This is approximate.
Question: How many generations of people or animals should be given this medicine, to make certain there are NO dna-problems on this topic?
Answer: 3 generations. If this is done, the 4th generation and onward of your family, will have no genetic predisposition to cancers and these diseases. This is a good reason for your family to try this. Only keep to the right courses, later on you do not need to try going back to the start, and to repeat the pattern, this is not necessary for this genetic reason.
Question: Why do people get this disease, kharmically?
Answer: It's a "Kharmic Cover-up" from a previous incarnation, IF it's a.i.d.s the person was selfish. Therefore the cure is generosity. If such people were given unselfish blessings from others, such as a smile, a cure, a helping hand, and tender loving care, they will learn the value of generosity, and follow that example to become generous themselves, and then: success! Their cycle of poverty and disease, will come to a halt. This will happen in most cases.
Question: What is the best timing for this, going by the Astromical positions?
Answer: The sun in Sagittarius, next best is Scorpio, Cheiron (Cheron) in Pisces 7 degrees. Cheiron is NOT the wounded healer, it's the PLANET OF MUSIC.
This WILL work on animals, only the carnivorous ones. Also, give them fish to eat, especially cats, dogs and others, in general, they will adapt wonderfully to being given fish as a meal, often. Sardine meals for them, 3 x weekly, is a must so later on, in their old age, they will be quite well. Sardines, also, are anti-cancers in effect, even for people.
MORE NOTES and INSTRUCTIONS: CAPSICUM BEEF RECIPE: NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO:
Best refrigerated for 10 hours
Frozen, first, in small lots, for five hours, is best.
Then: Refrigerated 10 hours, and given.
You may do well to food-process or blend this mixture. This does NOT make much difference at all, when compared with whole vegetables.
REHEATING: Very, very hot; and only reheat it ONCE. So, to avoid food-poisoning, freeze these in small lots and later re-heat, you will need to multiply the amounts of the ingredients, and then freeze much of this. If not, then you may need to consider eating this cold instead, some people would actually like to make a sandwich of this, even children might like the taste of this recipe put between two slices of bread, for their school lunch. It will still have a good effect, we recommend though, Multigrain bread for most purposes.
AN ADDITIONAL NOTE HERE, A TRIED AND TRUE RECIPE THAT TOOK AWAY EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, it was a wheatmeal type of bread, 2 slices, with some table spread (Olivani is better, though), and some Vegemite or Marmite, and eat this, the traumatised feelings disappear. And, since we live in these days, with so much terrible news, please, give yourselves a sandwich like the above, 2-3 per day. It will help your children cope and to be more balanced. Marmite is probably better; you could use Promite instead. School lunches are obvious.
SPOTLESSLY CLEAN HYGIENE, PLEASE, PEOPLE. Enamel pots are always best for cooking in, as at 2005 A.D.; later on, years later, something better will come along. HOWEVER: Not overclean.
Do not use aluminium, ESPECIALLY to cook with. After eating foods from a microwave oven, cooked for around 3 minutes per day; for a number of days, the side-effect is irritation of the feelings.
Stainless steel, non-stick and cast iron are highly suspect, as causing sickness years and years later.
GOOD MENTAL, VERBAL HYGIENE IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN MOST PEOPLE REALISE. When an impure person decides to be pure-minded, pure in thought, word and deed, it usually takes only 3 days to achive that: wonderful!
CAPSICUM BEEF CURE FOR RADIATION SICKNESS, No.2:
IF RADIOACTIVE FALLOUT IS IN the AIR, or the foods, land, and water: AND THAT WE NEED TO OMIT the MUSHROOMS from the Recipe No.1, and substitute this below Recipe No.2:
INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
1 Green Capsicum
1 Shake of Pepper
2-3 Pinches salt
One half a cup of minced beef, or in the USA: “hamburger” (same thing).
8 cup Water
1 big stalk Parsley
Wash well, scrub, and peel the capsicum, chop the ingredients, place in a pot, bring to the boil, turn down to a low heat, and simmer for 12 minutes only. Time this nicely, please.
RATES TO ADMINISTER: CAPSICUM BEEF RECIPE No.2:
Adults: 9 tbsp (3 tbsp each meal for 3 meals daily is enough), every day for 10 weeks.
Teens: As above.
Children: 8 tbsp (2 and two third tbsp each meal, 3 x daily), every day for 10 weeks.
Toddlers: 7 tbsp (2 and one third tbsp each meal, 3 x daily), for 9 weeks.
NOT FOR BABIES, DO NOT GIVE THIS TO ANY BABY UNDER THE AGE OF 9 MONTHS.
COURSES:
8 courses, 7 weeks apart.
After all of those eight courses, as long as the person (or animal) is in the fallout zone still, keep up with this pattern; wait 8 weeks after all of the courses are over, and then go back to the start, and keep this pattern.
NEW FOODS, MIS-SHAPEN FOODS, HORMONE SPRAYS, MIDDLE EASTERN OIL WITH CONTAMINATIONS, NEW HEALING DEVICES: Don't cut down your fruit trees, and there's also advice here for the farmers and ranchers: and to all people:
IF a person is taking this recipe to prevent, or cure, any of the above diseases, and if later the fruits, etc., the “new foods” are in the supermarket, mis-shapen due to radioactivity in the air, plus hormone sprays put on the plants, then go to the next recipe, its' very similar, Capsicum Beef Recipe No.2 has a very similar recipe with different rates to administer. We must eat, regardless, choose the least “new, unusual looking” and giant and tiny types of new foods. The best way to find out if your garden has radioactivity on it, is a geiger counter. Do not try the scammer that is selling them for $999.99, that's not going to work. Try the $499.99-$750 types, advertised on the net. Regardless of someone putting out a rumour that “a certain amount of radioactive fallout on the land is normal”, no, it's always a man-made contamination, an abnormal and poison thing, a toxin. Even in New Zealand, the land/air/oceans/rivers, everything is toxic due to Middle Eastern Oil in the cars; however, there's a new “secret” technology that is SAFELY re-organising the split atom back to a stable orbit, that will in fact mean many people will not get sick, and that when the whole of the courses of e.l.f. Used for HEALING, not other things, then, the new seeds will be fine, especially organic, so we may soon plant our trees, vegetables and so forth, with no malformations, and soon, the fruit and vegetables section will be expanded and healthy. Do NOT blame cigarette smokers for the sudden rises in diagonsis of cancer, it's the petrol with fallout in it, that will cause much sorrow, that fallout is pouring out in HUGE amounts, with every car that goes past. IN ANY CASE, give up sex, so the little babies won't be born uncurably malformed: hands with no arms, conjoint twins (used to be called siamese twins), some of them blind, deaf and mute, and so forth, the best way to avoid that happening to your baby, is not to have one. Only weaklings will insist they “have a sexual need that MUST be satisfied”, it's just silly, and often, just a lie. FARMERS and RANCHERS: Do not slaughter your farm animals: just put the males in one paddock and keep them apart from the females, several paddocks distance. Later, the e.l.f. Technology used for healing, will heal the animals. If a person reading this is worried about where they live, please realise: Australia is overall the best and safest nation to live, on this world; New Zealand is also much the same.
